How Often Does A Student Attend Classes?

Each class is offered one day a week on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. The classes run for two semesters (15 weeks per semester), for 30 total classes in the school year.

TAFA offers classes for a wide range of ages. Students must meet the age requirement listed on the class schedule by the first day of class.

How Many Classes Can I Take?

You can take only one class or as many as you can fit into your schedule.

Do Parents Have To Stay On Campus?

Students should know their class time and how to get to class so a parent may drop them off. If a student is between classes (or during lunch), they need to be in the monitored study hall area. Students must be well behaved, or the parent will be required to stay on campus.

Does TAFA Keep Student Transcripts?

No. The homeschool parent is the official “private school” authority and needs to keep all transcripts and records.
